The App
$149/mo
No one-to-one video. Cancel any time.
Your training and your food, rebuilt for you every month. Not a template with your name on it.
- Training programmed off your screen, rebuilt every month
- Meal plan, macros, shopping list and recipes — food logged in the same place your sets are
- A form review by video every week, on whatever you send me
- A live group session every week — questions, technique, and some weeks we cook
- Daily check-ins, and I read them
- Two-way messaging, answered inside 24 hours on weekdays
- No one-to-one video — the weekly group session is the live contact. One-to-one time is what the twelve weeks is for.
The small print, in plain language
The assessment comes first, always. I don't program for anyone I haven't screened. It's not an upsell, it's the reason the program works.
Twelve weeks is a twelve-week commitment, whether you pay in full or monthly. The first two weeks are the expensive part to deliver and the part that makes the rest work, so it isn't sold in pieces.
The monthly plans are not a way to skip the assessment. They are open to anyone who has done it — that is the only door, and it is the reason the programming works.
I am a strength coach, not a doctor or a physical therapist. If something is above my pay grade I'll say so and help you find the right person. That's part of what you're paying for.
